Facility will also take 3 repeat samples from the distribution and one from the source. Based off level 1 investigation and results a level 2 investigation will be completed with in 30 days. Facility will contact Lane County Environmental Heath to schedule level 2 investigation. Also discussed chlorination and uv requirements for facility. |
