| Details: | Carrie called because the WS has two violations for not reporting quarterly routine TC samples in 2019. Carrie said they did collected the samples and are using EUROFINS EATON ANALYTICAL in California. She emailed me copies of the lab reports for the 1st and 2nd quarter 2019 TC samples. I forwarded them to OHA DMCE. DMCE said they never received the reports until my email. The results will be entered but the violations still stand. The WS needs to collect a 3rd quarter sample in July and another make up sample during the same quarter to avoid increasing to a monthly coliform schedule. I called Carrie back and gave her this information and recommended she contact the lab to ensure future samples are reported properly. | ||
