| Details: | Violation #903465516 Gary called to say the June coliform sample was rejected because it was too warm. Sent Gary an e-mail. HI Gary The coliform bacteria samples have to be kept on ice when collected. Otherwise the sample is invalidated. Apparently the June sample was rejected because it was too warm. No resample was done in June 2019. Consequently that is a violation for no samples in June 2019. GOOD, you have sampled in July. This will correct the situation. Violations have points. When a water system's system score reaches 11 or higher, the system is considered to be a priority non-complier (PNC). The system remains a PNC until its system score falls below 11 and all MCL violations have been addressed. Currently Otis Junction Water System has 2 points. No sample for June 2019 is 1 point.
