| Details: | The water system had collected a sample on 5/30/19 and it tested present for total coliform. They collected repeat samples and a triggered source sample on 6/12/19 and all were present for total coliform. The water system was going to perform a chlorine flush and investigate further. A Level 1 investigation form was done on 6/18/19 and bacteria source is relatively unknown. They noted that a sand filter may have gone bad (fouling/growth) and replaced it. Further action will be required based on further results. | ||
