| Details: | on 7/23/2019 four water tests results were received from Silver Falls Country Store. One from the well head, and three from distribution. The system was supposed to collect three temporary routine samples, but instead collected labeled the samples as triggered source, and three repeats. I have Drinking Water to have the tests acknowledged by the automated computer system as satisfying the requirement for the temporary routines. I am lifting the boil water notice for the firm. |
