| Details: | I spoke with Raymond Fordyce by phone. We reviewed procedure for a positive routine. Raymond will take a triggered source sample and three repeats in response to his July 19th, 2019 positive for total coliform from the well head. The results from the July 10th Level 2 investigation are still being worked on. Initial results are that the well head needs to be better sealed at the gasket and vent hole. |
