| Details: | I called Mr. Van Grunsven to explain the requirements of the administrative order and his rights to request a contested case hearing if he didn't believe the violations are warranted. He simply stated that the reminder to monitor was appreciated and he would speak with someone from the laboratory to ensure the monitoring is conducted as soon as possible, I clarified that the order requires monitoring within 60 days and reporting no later than October 10, 2019. Mr. Van Grunsven stated the samples should be reported well before the deadline. | ||
