| Details: | The new well project is complete and the old contaminated well is disconnected. On 7/9/19 Shawn Stevenson and Scott Kruger conducted a level 2 investigation in response to an alert on 7/1/19. There were no significant findings. The system was shock chlorinated with an extreme amount of chlorine. It was approximately at 100 ppm. Bruce was given documentation regarding appropriate shock chlorination techniques and the shock chlorination tool for storage tanks was loaded to his pc. The recent test results from 7/26/19 are still TC+. Bruce was instructed to take three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample. If the repeat samples return positive, we discussed the need to install disinfection on the system which would likely be a chlorine feed system. The system is still under a boil water advisory and has a bi-lateral compliance agreement with DMCE. |
