| Details: | A water system survey was performed today, 07/31/2019. Both an emergency response plan and operation and maintenance manual were observed during the survey. The deficiencies have been adjusted as satisfied. However, it appears that the setback issues noted during the last water system survey are still true. I will work to locate a well log, and assist the system in working with hydrogeologists to have the situation analyzed, especially given the lack of total coliform/E. coli positives for this firm. I have set current due date for the previously noted setback issue at 45 days and 18 weeks from today's survey. This allows for the permitted time to write the survey and to respond to noted deficiencies. | ||
