Details:	RESPONDING TO DAVID BELLESTERI (SP?) VOICEMAIL OF 7/31/19 ASKING ABOUT CHLORINE "NOT SAFE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION"; HE DIDN'T LEAVE RETURN PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE ON PHONE NUMBER FROM LATEST CONTACT REPORT, STATING CHLORINE MUST BE NSF APPROVED. ALSO REPEATED CAROLINE GROSS-REGAN'S MESSAGE THAT INVESTIGATION REPORT IS DUE BY 8/11/19, AND LEFT MY DIRECT NUMBER OR TO CALL STATE DW CONTACT IF NEED MORE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
