| Details: | Left messages for Paulette about taking the repeat samples and that I would like a call back confirming that she received the voice mail. As of 8/6/19 I have not received a call back. I will continue to follow up. 8/8: received a call that the manager of the café will pass the message on to Paulette about the repeat samples that are due. 8/14: left another message to see if the samples have been collected or if a level 2 investigation is required. |
