| Details: | Called and left voice message for Michael reminding him to take 3 repeat samples in the dist and a triggered source sample from the well. 8/13/2019 Update from Loren Landau 503-546-7662: Our backflow pumps went down on our system. We have ordered them on Friday and should have them replaced by this coming Monday. Dave Funderburk at Quality Water System is handling the repairs forus. We will retest when the repair is made. 9/5/2019 - Michael Contois called to inform me all repairs have been completed and the treatment is working and online again. I emailed him the L1 investigation form and he will get it back to me by 9/20. He is going to collect a source sample and said the lab is collecting the September routine this week. |
