| Details: | L2 Investigation Completed. Corrective actions completed on 07.27.2019 1. Cross connection between the old hand dug well and the concrete reservoir for Sea Crest Motel found. Operator made a line break, disconnecting the hand dug well and the neighbor’s service line from the Sea Crest water system. 2. pump house and area around the sampling tap cleaned. Works to reposition raw water sample tap for well L34043 will be completed on 08.12.19. 3. Screen mesh installed on the pipe protruding from the concrete reservoir. 4. Reconstructed the access hatch for the concrete reservoir. 5. Replaced screens in the pump house and sealed up holes in the pump house to prevent the entrance of rodents and other critters. |
