| Details: | The water system collected a water sample on 8/8/19. During the sample collection process, the screen was not removed from the tap which may have contributed to the positive sample. We went over the follow up samples to be taken. 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from both wells 2 and 4 are needed. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
