Details:	Contacted the water system regarding the failure to collect coliform or nitrate samples over the past 9 years. Ann Logan indicated that the reason she does not collect samples is due to the failure of the package shipper to deliver samples on time. Other options for sample shipment were discussed and she indicated she would drop the samples off at a laboratory in Klamath Falls or Bend, Oregon.
