| Details: | Jeff Marshall, Public Works Director and Interim City Manager, called regarding a violation for the failure to collect an assessment sample from their spring sources. After reviewing the monitoring history for the City of Lakeview, it was determined that the laboratory was reporting the assessment sample as a routine sample. Mr. Marshall will contact the laboratory and have the sample type changed to an assessment sample. |
