Details:	Ariel called to inquire why they received a violation card. They missed the 2nd quarter 2019 routine TC sample. 3rd quarter was done in July. Ariel is going to check with testing lab to see if missing sample was collected. I recommended they get their 4th quarter sample submitted in October.
