| Details: | Received an e-mail from Christian Torres informing me of a alleged break in at the reservoir for Western Hills. The fence was cut and the reservoir is now "clogged," resulting in low pressure. They have made a police report and I left a message with Christian to determine whether or not the water has been tampered with. Christian stated there is low water pressure, and they suspect there may be a clog. This is just speculation at this time. The reservoir is currently full and booster pumps are functioning in a normal manner. |
