| Details: | Sample collected 8/5/2019 had a detection level of 5.020000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Harry Staten on 8/14/2019. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2010 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. Continue the annual testing for Nitrate and provided future sampling does not show increase in Nitrate levels the annual testing shall be sufficient. |
