Details:	Wayne had questions on why he got a letter requiring him to monitor monthly for coliforms. It was because he missed two quarters of sampling. However, he received a letter about taking and additional sample (make-up), which he did on April 30. I contacted DWS and it was confirmed that the system had received this letter in error and SDWIS also indicated that system was on quarterly monitoring. Advised operator to continue with quarterly monitoring, but not to miss any more quarters.
