| Details: | Operator had questions about source assessment sampling. He is required to do it monthly, but he did not take sample in July. He got a violation. I told him he needs to sample monthly for 12 consecutive months. Showed operator how to find this information in SDWIS, and to check Violations and coliforms reported. | ||
