Details:	On 08.16.19, I instructed Mr. Cox to download the EPA FORM 141-A to change one of their lead and copper tap sampling site location. The owner of the original site won't be home during the sampling period. Mr. Cox stated that they already did all the analysis of the componentry in their system to select the highest Tier sites for lead and copper monitoring. Based on their analysis both the new and the old site are in the same Tier category. They will only have to submit the final 3rd page of the EPA 141- A form to DMCE.
