| Details: | The water system had an initial positive sample on August 8. The system collected 4 repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples. Of the follow up samples, 3 of the distribution and 1 of the source samples were total coliform positive. The system triggered a level 1 investigation. This form was emailed to the system to complete and send back in. Possible contamination is unknown at this time. No additional samples are needed at this point. System to collect its one coliform sample in September. Further action may be needed based on the results. |
