Details:	The District was experiencing abnormally low water production from primary source. Low enough in summer months that they will not be able to setup new connections. Concerned about why it’s so low. Need alternatives for supplemental water source. Possibly drilling well or pump and recovery into an aquifer. With the notification of the need, an initial contact was made on December 13, 2018 to arrange for a time to meet and discuss the issue. After multiple attempts to help the water system with no response we are closing the request. The water system will need to contact us in the future if they would like to re-engage the circuit rider.
