| Details: | I contacted Mr. Wiper on 7/12/19 and he stated he was in the process of hiring a well contractor to verify if the well casing near the active well is properly abandoned, and if so, abandon this well. I am granting an extension to complete the deficiency for does not meet setback from hazards until the start of the winter ski season 12/31/19. |
