| Details: | Ms. McNeill contacted me and stated due to a recent fire at the facility, they would no longer have visitors utilizing the water. She requested deactivation of the system. I have sent an email of the change (deactivation) on 5/30/18 as well. This well will operate as a domestic well only. | ||
