Details:	Called water system on May 16, 2018 and left a phone message reminding the water system that their significant deficiencies need to be corrected or the system needs to be on a plan to correct the deficiencies by May 31, 2018. Called the water system again on May 30, 2018 and talked to Pat Duff and reminded her again of the compliance date and she indicated that she would correct the deficiencies or send in a plan by May 31, 2018.
