| Details: | All 4 repeats and triggered sample total coliform positive. Spoke with Terry and discussed chlorinating well and reservoir to approx. 10 ppm. Terry will flush and take follow up samples. Sent terry level one investigation form and DPD chlorine test kit info so system has one on hand to ensure all chlorine gone before follow up samples. | ||
