| Details: | This alert was incorrectly reported. The system is inactive. The current store does not meet the requirement to be a public water system. The store collects an annual well water sample to meet ODA requirements. The annual sample may have listed the inactive PWS number and resulted in the inaccurate reporting and generation of this alert. I described this incident to Paula Wilson via phone and informed Paula to make sure all future water sample paperwork does not list a PWS number. | ||
