| Details: | COLI19162 AND COLI19150 are positive repeat TCR samples. Because of the Level 1 Coliform Investigation that was triggered on August 27, 2018; a Level 2 Coliform Investigation has been triggered. Regulator has requested contact with water system operator to schedule a time to conduct the investigation. Update 09/05/2019: DRC and water system operator has not contacted regulator. Regulator has left an additional voicemail message with DRC to schedule a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. |
