|Details:||Received complaint from resident regarding water. They said they have not had water for 4 days and have been unable to bathe, cook, drink, or wash dishes. There are two infants living at the home as well. I advised them to call the Oregon Housing and Community Services Manufactured Communities Resource Center at 1-800-453-5511. I also let them know that I was working with the State Drinking Water Program and the Park Manager to resolve the 'Do not drink' notice.
Complainant also claimed that the reason water sample results come back absent for coliforms is because the manager sends bottled water in sample bottles to the lab. I asked for some form of documentation (photo, video, invoice) but was unable to verify. The statement is also not consistent with the coliform results for the system as they occasionally test positive for total coliforms.
