| Details: | On Friday, 7-5-19, I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 7-2-19 at the Wayside Park Bathroom Sink (see 7-5-19 Contact Report). Three repeat samples taken 7-5-19 were also total coliform positive. A Level 1 Coliform Investigation was completed on 7-6-19 by the water system and e-mailed to me on 7-9-19. The investigation concluded that the cause of the positive results was due to sampling error (failure to remove faucet aerator, dirty hose spigots, and placement of sample bottle lids during collection). The sample taps were cleaned and three more repeat samples were taken on 7-8-19 demonstrating an absence of coliform bacteria. | ||
