| Details: | The water system collected three repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 8/19/19. All 4 samples came back positive for total coliform. System is doing to do some operational procedures (possible chlorine flush and flushing of the water system). A level 1 alert has been generated for the system. A Level 1 form is to be filled out by the water system. No additional samples are needed in August. System is to take its one sample in Sept. Further action may be needed based on the results. | ||
