| Details: | Complainant stated they have had severe water issues since August 3rd. Their taps were spewing reddish water which they stated was not drinkable, but now they have no water whatsoever. They said they received the 'Do not drink' notice on the 15th. They have been forced to leave the park to bathe and use facilities. Many other park residents have been forced to do the same due to the lack of water. They stated they have lived at the park for a long time and this is the worst it has ever been. They also informed me their rent increased from $400 to $700, a 75% increase this year. The owners stated the increase was intended to pay for the cost of repairs for the park. I gave the complainant the number for the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department Hotline: 1-800-453-5511 in order to address some of the other non-water related complaints. | ||
