| Details: | Received alert for a total coliform positive result from a routine sample collected on 8/16/19. Spoke with Karen. The required three repeat samples and one triggered source sample from well 5 were collected and shipped to the lab. Well 4 was not in use so no source sample is required from it. Further action will depend on the results of the follow-up samples. | ||
