Details: A system wide (well and distribution) shock treatment had been conducted after the first round of repeat samples tested TC+. Second round of repeat samples tested TC+, post shock treatment and level 1 investigation.
Speak with Ray regarding a Level 2 Investigation to be conducted within 30 days by me and Russ Kazmierczak.
