| Details: | Contacted Pat and explained that all repeat samples came back positive for total coliform including the well. He said he will be shock chlorinating the system and is thinking about adding treatment to the system. I explained to Pat also that a level 1 investigation is now needed to be completed and I would be able to help him do the investigation if he needed. |
