Details:	Violation 900732625 – Acute MCL for E. Coli -1. L2 Investigation completed on 07.23.19. System corrected all defects from investigation on 07.27.19. Confirmation samples collected on 07.24.19 and RT Coliform samples taken on 07.31.19 and 08.12.19 came back absent. Contamination problem resolved. Request to RTC violation noted in reference made on 08.23.19.
