| Details: | Unable to contact operator. Voice mailbox full. I received a call from the testing lab and they were also unable to notify the operator by phone. I am mailing a letter reminding them to take 3 repeat and one triggered sample. Arturo called and gave me his cell phone number 503-706-2758. He wanted to know how many samples to collect, I reminded him to collect 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample. He said he would asap. |
