| Details: | One repeat sample tc+. The north sample port was positive but other two and well absent. Original routine positive was from south sample station. Spoke with Amanda and they will try to chlorinate distribution (through the well as there is no reservoir), flush and resample. Take follow up samples after all chlorine is out of system. Emailed Amanda Level One investigation form. | ||
