Details:	Complainant informed me they were without consistent water throughout the weekend, even after some repairs took place to remove a section of pipe rendered useless by severe root intrusion. One of the individuals working on the repairs stated the patch had blown out from the repair. Water has again been shut off as of 8/26/2019 in order to fix the issue. System operator will be required to drain and clean reservoir, restore chlorine residuals and sample for coliforms prior to lifting 'do not drink' and 'boil water.' The repeated shutting off of service invalidates the prior absent coliform results submitted to the county on 8/15/2019 by park management to resolve the 'boil water notice' issued on 6/24/2019.
