| Details: | Hey Leah, I wanted to make sure since your the new contact for the system and it was just changed that you received this information. Please let me know if you have any questions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A level 1 investigation for no repeats has been generated for this water system. Also a violation for no triggered sample was generated. See attachment for copy of the letter being sent to the water system. If the water system collected the repeats before 8/23/2019 and they were absent but just did not get them reported yet then we can close out the investigation when they report the results.
