Details:	Kirk Shields reached back to me with new number to change in inventory. We talked about how his invalidation request was approved and he has until the 31st to get his final lead and copper sample in at a new site. I emailed him with the information he needs for getting his new site approved. "" Please inform Kirk that his invalidation request was approved. He will need to collect a replacement sample at a new site that meets the high risk (Tier 1) criteria. Also, the old site and replacement site will need to be documented on a change in sampling sites (141-A) form. There are links below to the site selection criteria handout and 141-A form. The replacement sample should be collected within 20 days of invalidation (by August 31st). DMCE is showing three of the five required samples. Kirk mentioned one of the original sample bottles broke on delivery to the lab, so another sample was collected on July 3rd. We haven’t received the result for the July sample. If Kirk has the lab report, please ask that he forward it to dwp.dmce@state.or.us.
