| Details: | Spoke to John and informed him the current follow-up sampling protocol includes (1)three repeat samples collected such as from the kitchen of the community center ASAP; and In the month of September three temporary routine samples are needed. In the event results show presence of bacteria, whether in the repeat samples or temporary routine samples remedial action would be logical preceded by a discussion with someone from Coos Health. Several attempts made by Coos Health to contact John Menendez failed due to a phone line problem. John called Coos Health today in response to a phone message Coos Health left with a third party associated with the water system/community center. |
