| Details: | I discussed the water system operations with Courtney Badker. According to her, the water system conducted repeat and triggered sampling due to the alert generated from the coliform water sample on 04/18/2018. Additionally, I discussed the yearly source water assessment sample showing a chlorine residual and the operator said this was her employees error in completing the paperwork for submitting the sample. She relayed that the paperwork for the samples taken due to the positive coliform sample was completed incorrectly and the water lab helped them complete it correctly. I also discussed the failure to take a quarterly coliform sample for the 1st quarter in 2018. Ms. Badker assured me a quarterly sample for coliform will be taken the 2nd quarter of 2018. | ||
