| Details: | email contents: Jesse: About every 90 days a newly dated public notice should be posted relating to high arsenic - until effective treatment is demonstrated as in place. you want to submit it within 10 days of the sampling period. (This 90 day frequency coincides with your sampling frequency for arsenic.) A copy of each notice is to be submitted to state drinking water agency (or to me and I'll send it to the state). I believe that email is the best way to send it because if lost, you can still show that you submitted it and [if] you submitted it on time. dwp.dmce@state.or.us is where I suggest submitting or you could use my email just as well.
