About every 90 days a newly dated public notice should be posted relating to high arsenic - until effective treatment is demonstrated as in place. you want to submit it within 10 days of the sampling period. (This 90 day frequency coincides with your sampling frequency for arsenic.)
A copy of each notice is to be submitted to state drinking water agency (or to me and I'll send it to the state).
I believe that email is the best way to send it because if lost, you can still show that you submitted it and [if] you submitted it on time.

If you/Glenn have any of the public notice documents not submitted since last fall, you can send them in and see if the state gives you some credit. if nothing is conveniently available, I advise you to move forward without worrying about the previous documents.
