| Details: | Attempted to call Jesse Culver, but there was no answer and found voice mail full. Then called Glenn Doetsch one of the licensed operators for the system: Glenn verified that well #1 and well #4 are both supplying water to the system. Well #3 is not physically connected. As a source sample has not been collected for well #1, I asked him to do this along with the next monthly routine sample (for purposes of rtc for last years source sampling violation). Glenn said at present he was responsible for drawing all samples. I informed him with the point of treatment for arsenic devices, that the sampling schedule included collecting samples from 1/3 of the units every 3 months. Sampling accordingly would help avoid future monitoring violations. Glenn said 23 residences are currently occupied. I noted with him that this would mean 8 residences should be sampled for arsenic before the current quarter ends. |
