| Details: | Rhonda called regarding a LCR Late/Nonreporting violation. The WS was on two 6 month rounds back in 2018 due to CC excursions. The WS should have been placed on reduced annual monitoring starting in 2019. I sent a chem monitoring schedule change request to OHA to change the schedule to annual starting in 2019 (with 5 samples required instead of 10). I reminded Rhonda to collect the annual round once school starts as the results need to be reported by 10/10/19. The existing violation should be removed. | ||
