| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the construction coordinator of the facility regarding deficiencies. Corrective action time frame was recorded for repair of the sanitary seal. A waiver from construction standards form was emailed to compliance on behalf of the firm on 8/9/19. A response has not been received yet regarding the waiver form and therefore the corrective action date was altered to 30 days from today. | ||
