| Details: | Erica contacted me to let me know that one of the repeat follow up samples was positive for total coliform. She asked if they would need to complete a level 1 investigation. I let her know that should would & it'll be due in 30 days. She said they get working on the investigation & may do a few more samples to see how widespread the coliform is in the system. She already has the investigation template. | ||
